A nice place to spend...
Liked: The hotel is new, our room was comfortable and had all we needed
Disliked: Few staff members spoke English, the keycard wasn’t working well and every time we were trying to enter the room we had to go downstairs and ask to fix the keycard

Liked: Very good location of the facility. 10 minutes walk to the train/metro. Shop around the corner. Calm environment. The rooms were quite large and clean.
Disliked: No kettle in the room. Very warm rooms and the entire facility. Unfortunately the air conditioning does not work properly. In the fall and spring this isn't a problem, but in the summer it can be terrible. We stayed 4 nights and the room card demagnetized 7 times. Very little choice at breakfast, no vegetables and fruit only apples

Liked: The hotel is in front of A-42, which goes to Madrid, and also a couple minutes by car from the center of Getafe, with a lot of stores and places to eat. Also, a short 15 minutes walk from Getafe Central metro/train station.
Disliked: Even through the hotel is pet friendly, it is not that much friendly. On the first day they allocated me in a room in the middle of the corridor, which let my dog nervous (a lot of people loudly talking around) and barking, which lead to complains. I had to ask for a room change, and the attendant weren't that much helpful. I had to ask again in the next day and they got the situation sorted. Also, the reception of the hotel is a small place closer to the bar/restaurant, and doesn't look any like the one you'd expect in a hotel. I've felt lost when I arrived for checkin. The music and the noises from the bar can disturb the conversation between guests and attendants.
