Disliked: The staff was extremely rude and barely spoke English, except for one gentleman who managed the breakfast hall. In particular, a woman at reception (unfortunately I do not know her name) was consistently unfriendly and unprofessional towards us.Examples:1.When we arrived for check-in in the morning, we politely asked to leave our luggage until the afternoon. She snorted and gave us a hostile look.2.Every time we returned to the hotel, she would glare at us and never return our greeting.3.During check-out, she treated us very poorly and kept snorting until we left.4.On 1–2 occasions at breakfast, she would look at us with a colleague and laugh.I have no idea what her issues might be, but her behavior was completely unacceptable for someone working in hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel, and I strongly suggest the management review this woman’s conduct.

Liked: Lovely Large room with fully equipped ensuite, air conditioning was perfect as it was 40 degrees when I was there, all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and fresh.
Disliked: A bit noisy at night which I expected, being in a busy location in a big city.

Disliked: The staff act like they're not there. They're rude, unprofessional.They thought I didn't know Spanish, but their speech was very rude, they had a language of discrimination. Especially the reception and housekeeping staff. Randomly assign rooms without checking reservation codes. There's no reception! Just a computer? Breakfast isn't worth the price. I frequently use the Ibis Group in different countries. I know it's Styles, but this is the first time I've seen such a poor team and breakfast .They seem to work part-time. There is a constant humming sound in the rooms, like a motor - ventilation.I won't choose this Ibis again.

Liked: Bed linens & Air Con, city location. Staff were friendly
Disliked: Breakfast was the same daily- 6 days was too much. Bathroom door opens into shower entrance. Room was too small & bed was small for two adults. Hotel was really the breakfast area & elevator to rooms.

You will not regret booking!

Liked: Everything about our stay here was amazing - location, room, beds, breakfast, stuff… A huge recommendation!!!
