Liked: Was close to the metro. Good breakfast...
Disliked: The bed in my daughters' room had hair on it... and they didn't sleep under it. The next day I reported it and they told me they would change it, but they didn't. I went to reception and they didn't want to change it.

Basic accommodations and terrific staff

Liked: The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I had an early morning flight and they prepared me a coffee even though breakfast hours had not started. The rooms are very basic but comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The rooms are not fancy, but perfectly comfortable. The location is close to the airport but nothing spectacular in terms of views or proximity to the attractions of Madrid. Metro station is very close by.

Liked: The people is friendly and it is close to the metro station. The room is quiet and clean, breakfast is also good.
Disliked: The key doesn’t work sometimes

Liked: Amazing breakfast, great selection and delicious food.
Disliked: It was summer and the air conditioning wasn’t power enough. I wish we had a mini bar at the room, also.

Liked: The hotel is very close to metro station. Staff is well trained and the room was very clean. They have a private secure car park.
