Stinks!

Liked: close to airport and free parking
Disliked: The under-bed base corner post was missing and bed kept falling to the floor (tilting)No toilet brushesTV didn't workCalled ALL the numbers on the room phone and no answer. Walked to foyer and explained my complaint and after promising to come up to room and see, NOTHING HAPPENED he didnt show

Liked: Great buffett breakfast, bed were not comfy for us our personal opinion, we stayed four nights bit disappointed the room wasn’t a little bit bigger, the last time we stayed we had a lovely room

Disliked: Arrived 8pm. It took 40minutes to check in, the old receptionist needs more training if working alone. Did not seem to know what she was doing. There was 5 people ahead of me, 3 of them were just needing new keys for their rooms as they didn’t work by the sounds and 2 of us were fully checking in. Was absolutely ridiculous. The tv in the room did. Not work. The light in the bathroom was blown, I had to leave bathroom door open for light. Originally phoned down to reception to ask for all these things to be fixed but no answer several times. I gave up. Let reception know the next morning, was a different r lady, she was lovely and apologetic.

Disliked: No water facilities the behind door wall was broken

Liked: Comfortable bed, cosy room.
Disliked: This loses points due to staff. They are dismissive, have no idea what’s going on and very rude. customer service is nonexistent! Especially the lady who was working on the 11/7/25 between 3-4pm. I could go on but this would go on forever so I’ll just leave it there for now, lucky them. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and each time there seems to be issues with staff and room service not working.

Amazing breakfast!

Disliked: The bed was a little too small.

Liked: It was in the perfect location for an early morning flight.
Disliked: The walls were extremely thin and could hear the person next door moving around.
