A romantic and relaxing stay...

Liked: I liked the romantic atmosphere at the Ibis Hotel, which created a lovely stay. It met my expectations. I didn’t have breakfast there, but dinner was delicious and the service was as expected.

Liked: Opposite the airport, super location for flights. Bed comfy.
Disliked: Aircon temperature was fixed at 17°c which was so cold. When we called reception to ask about this they said just turn the air con off, which meant no fresh air. Carpet on out floor was stained, a lift broken, stains on chairs by lift waiting area. Staff were ok, however, didn't make you feel welcomed.

Liked: Clean and location to airport
Disliked: I have stayed at this location many times. There are pillows missing from the seat and just left with exposed laminate. Apart from in shower body wash/ conditioner there are no vanity products like in other hotels. It was so basic. Used room service, wanted a drink but could only order water/ soft drink. All alcoholic drinks weren’t available. One lift was out of action which made wait times long.
