Poor Room Maintenance and Staff...

Liked: Free parking, nice breakfast.
Disliked: Our family trip was meant to be relaxing, but our hotel stay was anything but. We had to move a total of three times just to get a connecting room with a working door. While David at reception was excellent in helping us, the repeated moves were a frustrating start to our stay.​The problems continued with the room's cleanliness. We found lots of cobwebs in the corners of the room, which suggests the cleaning staff only cleans the main areas and not the corners. We had to specifically ask for the room to be properly cleaned.​To make matters worse, our peace was consistently broken by a manager who wore high heels that made a loud, grating noise on the tiled floor. When we approached the hotel staff about these issues, they showed no consideration. It was a very disappointing experience.

Liked: Clean friendly and very helpful staff-filled our water bottles and flask for our onward journey
Disliked: No tea making facilities in roomBreakfast expensive Bar pricey

Very good

Liked: Clean with very comfortable beds. The terrace by the restaurant was a wonderful surprise and very pleasant. The room was larger than expected, as was the shower. A great place for a one-night stay.
Disliked: Finding the hotel entrance was a bit challenging as it is in a new industrial area, and proper signage isn't yet up. You can also hear the people in the room above you if they scrape their chairs on the floor.
