Good

Liked: Located close to ENS, good connection to the city center
Disliked: The room is too small, poor lightening, lack of fridge and kettle, air-conditioning is too weak with no real control. Dining room is overcrowded in the morning hours.

Super location but smallest rooms...

Liked: The location is quite cool near museum and accessible by tram 1, quite location and in green area. Breakfast was quite good and fresh. Poor coffee. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The room was very small even if we booked a superior room, we had no place to walk around the bed, it’s literally 15cm from the wall on both sides, nor where to place our bags/belongings. The old grey color on walls looks very depressed, the window is very small and feels claustrofobic.

bad parking system, air conditioner...

Disliked: We were able to arrive at the hotel at night. We had chosen this hotel because it said 24/7 reception. When we arrived at the hotel, we entered the parking lot by pressing the button, but we could not enter the section reserved for the hotel in the parking lot. No one answered despite pressing the button calling the reception 2-3 times. In addition to not being able to enter the hotel area, we could not get back out of the parking lot either. We were stranded there for a while. No one answered despite calling the hotel's phone number 2-3 times. We somehow found a door to exit the parking lot, climbed up with difficulty with our suitcases and went to the hotel. The door was closed, there was no one at the reception. When we pressed the bell there, a gentleman came running and opened the door. First, he said things like he could not find our reservation, you did not check in, etc. I do not know how we will check in for the room we have already paid for. Somehow, after paying the parking fee of around 15 euros, we were able to go back to the parking lot and park our car. The air conditioner in our room did not turn off. It continued to work even though we turned it off and we were cold all night long. Having such a bad experience at the hotel, when we arrived at night exhausted, was unforgettable.

Not what it seems

Liked: If you want a place to stay on a budget, this option can be it. However, you need to know that they only offer breakfast.The pool, the bar and the restaurant belong to the neighbouring hotel.The staff was kind.
Disliked: The fact that the bathroom had a foul smell. It smelled like a chemistry lab.Also, the rooms are smaller than advertised.

Disliked: The staff are really special! Not in a good way. They claim to have a 24hour reception but you'll be left outside when they go for constant cigarette breaks. The air con doesn't work so you cook in you rip off room. Worst ibis I've ever stayed in
