Go somewhere else

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: No air conditioning as advertised on their website. Bathrooms do not come with hand towels; youhave to request them. Hotel is next to a train station in a sketchy part of Lyon.

There is easy walking access...

Liked: The staff was helpful and nice. They have a nice baggage storage room and let us leave our bike boxes there until we finish our Via Rhona cycle trip.
