Great for a quick stay/business...

Liked: Very friendly and empathetic staff! The reception was 24h. Comfortable and clean rooms, cleaned daily. Cold drinking water dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast food options are varied. Close location to the congress centre. There was a little desk in the room and in the lobby to sit down with a laptop.
Disliked: The breakfast area could have been maintained better - the coffee machine ran out of milk, so cafe latte was just black coffee. There were dry, chocolate spread-stained knives in the clean cutlery stack. The room was smaller than expected. The reception staff made some technical errors twice with the payment - no harm done at the end, but the process to sort it out was a bit complicated and prolonged. Quite far from the city centre and nothing much was in the hotel's neighbourhood.

Exceptional

Good hotel, but location is...

Liked: This hotel has an underground parking and you can go there straight from your floor. Rooms are OK, we didn't expect more.
Disliked: There is a railroad next to the hotel and if you want to have some fresh air and open the window - be prepared that these trains are really noisy.

Liked: Room, breakfast, cleanliness! The personnel were extremely polite and helpful! The hotel was situated in a quiet area with several restaurants nearby. It was very close to the Lyon Conference Center.
Disliked: There was no desk or small table in my room (to work with my laptop).

Disliked: Saying the rooms have air conditioning is blatant false advertising, as at the time of year I visited, it was "switched off" and couldn't be turned on until some arbitrary date in the future. This meant the rooms were incredibly warm and stuffy, with the only option to open the window at night. When the window was open, you had to deal with the train noise, which was basically all night. Most staff were quite unfriendly and had a very don't care attitude. It always felt like the guests were somehow disturbing the employees with their questions or requests. Price is high for the location and the standard of the rooms.
