Good hotel, but location is...

Liked: This hotel has an underground parking and you can go there straight from your floor. Rooms are OK, we didn't expect more.
Disliked: There is a railroad next to the hotel and if you want to have some fresh air and open the window - be prepared that these trains are really noisy.

Liked: Room, breakfast, cleanliness! The personnel were extremely polite and helpful! The hotel was situated in a quiet area with several restaurants nearby. It was very close to the Lyon Conference Center.
Disliked: There was no desk or small table in my room (to work with my laptop).

Functional hotel with a lot...

Disliked: Saying the rooms have air conditioning is blatant false advertising, as at the time of year I visited, it was "switched off" and couldn't be turned on until some arbitrary date in the future. This meant the rooms were incredibly warm and stuffy, with the only option to open the window at night. When the window was open, you had to deal with the train noise, which was basically all night. Most staff were quite unfriendly and had a very don't care attitude. It always felt like the guests were somehow disturbing the employees with their questions or requests. Price is high for the location and the standard of the rooms.

Lack of air in cramped...

Liked: Rooms very small and like a furnace no air conditioning working and no fans either . Right beside train line so when went to open window so could breath the noise was terrible . Staff nice breakfast ok for 3 star but overall not a great stay as did not sleep well due to noise and suffocating air in a cramped room.

Walking-distance to the fair

Liked: It‘s a good walking distance to the fair and you can open the window.It’s directly at the train track which makes it noisy. The bath is one of these plastic cabins, is smells a little bit in the hotel.
