Ibis London Wembley

I stayed at the ibis for 3 nights and didn't get any sleep and have left with extreme back and neck aches due to the bed. After that I would never stay at another ibis hotel again.

Disliked: The bed was so hard that I got no sleep over the duration of my stay.

A good location for Wembley Stadium; rooms were tidy and beds comfortable, but room was a bit small and narrow - had to squeeze past each other; bathroom and shower a bit like a porto loo; staff very helpful and friendly; food was good.

The location of the hotel is nice, close to everything. There's nothing bad for this hotel - I had a lovely vacation of four days. Check-in and out was great and service was good. No one was angry, even though me and my friend could be a little over the top. So that was really nice too. The stay was lovely and great, so if I have to go back, I will choose that hotel!

Liked: Very nice service. Good rooms, small bathrooms - but they are okay.

Great got Wembley

Liked: The location for a concert at Wembley can't be better. The staff are what makes this hotel - friendly, helpful and can't do enough to make your stay go smoothly.
Disliked: I fully appreciate prices go up for concerts and as rooms sell but to pay 4x the normal room rate hurt a bit. Not a complaint, as I knew what I was paying up front and chose to, but these pricing approaches are a pity.

Liked: Perfect location for Wembley Stadium! We stayed whilst visiting to see Dua Lipa and the hotel vibe was on point, card board cut out of her, tv screen and her music playing both before and after the concert. Such a nice touch! The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, fresh and had plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: If I had to pick anything it would be the steep price, but I understand why prices are inflated during events at Wembley. I’d rather pay slightly more than try and attempt public transport with another 90,000 people whilst with my young daughter.

Liked: A clean and friendly hotel very well situated.
Disliked: Not really a dislike, more of an in keeping vibe! Last time we used this hotel for a gig at the arena, hotel bar played music by that artist throughout the afternoon and evening. Very good, but this time not
