Great Experience

Liked: I liked the layout and ambience.The service was great! I had a television in my room, late check out, parking etc.I'll definitely stay again! Unfortunately,I didn't explore much outside of my room this time.
Disliked: I didn't like the lorries that were enroute.

Not great , won’t be...

Disliked: It was so small and cramped there was no plug in the sink and we couldn’t even open the window and to top it all of the air con was making a clicking noise ever time we turned it on . Also they key card kept de activating

Very welcoming

Liked: Liked the location, the hotel itself was very welcoming also had abit of grass for the dog and a nice outside seating area would book again when I visit Essex

It was good experience

Liked: Amazing staff I don’t like the first room I got then I told the lady she changed the room for me helpfully staff
Disliked: Just one thing iron is not great may be need to get good iron for hotel it wasn’t warm enough to iron my clothes

Good

Liked: The property was good, easy access for things, parking was easy, check in was smooth, overall the rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The tv wouldn’t connect to the internet and it wasn’t working properly.

Pleasant stay with helpful and...

Liked: Room was dated and bathroom was quite claustrophobic. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Room cleanliness could have been better .
Disliked: Bathroom was very claustrophobic and dated. Room was small and Wi-Fi did not work.

Really comfortable enjoyable stay

Liked: Was clean and tidy, staff in reception and restaurant area were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Had an evening meal which was nice and a lovely buffet style breakfast which was very cheap. Room was spacious and cool (as we stayed when it was 29 degree weather), bed was nice a comfortable me and my little boy had a really good nights sleep and the hotel was perfect location to where I needed to be. Really enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: Only one thing I would criticise is the sink in the bathroom had a little smell from it when the water was run
