Ibis London Stratford

Was told the hotel doesn’t do breakfast and when we came down to book out, everyone was eating breakfast. Very disappointed as we had to find somewhere to eat before journey home.

Liked: Beautiful rooms.
Disliked: Refused breakfast.

Nice rooms; very clean; young staff seem to run it but they were very nice; good breakfast.

Liked: Nice.
Disliked: Nowhere to park - had to use the car park of Morrisons behind the hotel. Not a big problem - we just don't like leaving the car overnight in a public place when you're in a busy city.

We had a fleeting visit but it was totally worth it. Brilliant 24 hours.

Liked: The cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: Very noisy outside. Need to bring ear muffs another time.

Walking distance to ABBA Arena - about 20 minutes walk and very easy.

Liked: Worth paying for breakfast - excellent selection.

Liked: It was like I spent a night in a sauna ur so called cooling system was rubbish it stopped working I went and asked for a fan they told me they ran out I literally didn’t sleep all night I slept on a towel with another to wipe the sweat from my body
Disliked: U guys need to get air conditioning and get rid of the rubbish cooling system

Liked: very good location with shopping options plus stratford station with all main connections
Disliked: daily room cleaning needs improvement. Rooms need to be checked thoroughly beforehand

Liked: The receptionist who tried to sort out the chaos of our booking tried
Disliked: This is a budget hotel with budget, staff but without the budget price. We will not be back. They have tto many competitors in the same price range offering far better service and facilities

Disliked: Shit stain by the loo roll holder... On the wall

Passable

Liked: It was relatively close to London Stadium and the trian station. The lobby was air-conditioned and there was a nice pitcher of free water for the hottest day of the year. Staff on front desk were friendly.
Disliked: There was airocn in the room but it didn't work, only blew warm air. When asked at reception all they did was give me a fan. The shower enclosure felt very cheaply made and the door was wobbly. The breakfast in the morning was sub par and for the price of the stay it was extremely lacking. I will not pick an IBIS hotel next time, I'd rather drive home.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: No air conditioning at a hotel at this price was very disappointing, unable to sleep due to 32°C hot weather. Fan kindly provided by reception helped somewhat.
