Ibis London Stratford

Was told the hotel doesn’t do breakfast and when we came down to book out, everyone was eating breakfast. Very disappointed as we had to find somewhere to eat before journey home.

Liked: Beautiful rooms.
Disliked: Refused breakfast.

Nice rooms; very clean; young staff seem to run it but they were very nice; good breakfast.

Liked: Nice.
Disliked: Nowhere to park - had to use the car park of Morrisons behind the hotel. Not a big problem - we just don't like leaving the car overnight in a public place when you're in a busy city.

We had a fleeting visit but it was totally worth it. Brilliant 24 hours.

Liked: The cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: Very noisy outside. Need to bring ear muffs another time.

Walking distance to ABBA Arena - about 20 minutes walk and very easy.

Liked: Worth paying for breakfast - excellent selection.

Liked: The property was spacious and we had lots of room, there was plenty of room to place suitcases and the bathroom was a decent size
Disliked: There was a whole in one of the towel that’s were supplied to us

Ok for a standard budget...

Liked: Good value for Stratford as I had no choice but to stay in this area. Comfortable. Nice room layout.
Disliked: Every hotel I’ve been too allows you to check in early im your room is ready, was disappointed when I was told I would have to pay additional £20 to check into my empty and ready room before 3pmUntucked covers on bed and a load of white powder fell out. Not a clue what this was, washing powder I hope. Most staff was lovely but the first girl I spoke to seems so fed up and unwilling to help.

Disliked: I decided to check into this hotel because I was having a horrible time at the holiday in. Although check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 11 and the guy at the front desk was super nice, let us leave out bags, and even let us check in about an hour early and did not charge us. The rooms were pretty big and it we had a nice view of the park across the street. It wasn’t overly fancy, nor was breakfast included, but it was a lot more cozy/friendler than some of the surrounding areas and their A/C was nice! I would def recommend. The only downfall was maybe finding hairs in the shower
