Was told the hotel doesn’t do breakfast and when we came down to book out, everyone was eating breakfast. Very disappointed as we had to find somewhere to eat before journey home.
Liked: Beautiful rooms.
Disliked: Refused breakfast.

Nice rooms; very clean; young staff seem to run it but they were very nice; good breakfast.
Liked: Nice.
Disliked: Nowhere to park - had to use the car park of Morrisons behind the hotel. Not a big problem - we just don't like leaving the car overnight in a public place when you're in a busy city.

We had a fleeting visit but it was totally worth it. Brilliant 24 hours.
Liked: The cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: Very noisy outside. Need to bring ear muffs another time.

Disliked: Our group of friends arrived at approximately 5:20 PM and was greeted by Ryan during the check-in process. While our check-in was underway, another guest expressed dissatisfaction regarding their room assignment, which did not match their reservation. Ryan clarified to the guest that the allocation was for a paid room rather than a twin room.Unfortunately, it became evident that our reserved room had been assigned to another guest, resulting in a wait of approximately 25 minutes. Following this delay, Ryan informed us that our room was ready; however, it was a twin accessible room. Shortly after entering, there was a knock on the door, and Ryan kindly apologized, explaining that we would need to vacate the room as it was required for a wheelchair user.Consequently, my friend and I had to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes for our room to become available, although we were offered complimentary drinks during this time. We believe that the entire situation could have been mitigated through improved communication.
