Was told the hotel doesn’t do breakfast and when we came down to book out, everyone was eating breakfast. Very disappointed as we had to find somewhere to eat before journey home.

Liked: Beautiful rooms.
Disliked: Refused breakfast.

Nice rooms; very clean; young staff seem to run it but they were very nice; good breakfast.

Liked: Nice.
Disliked: Nowhere to park - had to use the car park of Morrisons behind the hotel. Not a big problem - we just don't like leaving the car overnight in a public place when you're in a busy city.

We had a fleeting visit but it was totally worth it. Brilliant 24 hours.

Liked: The cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: Very noisy outside. Need to bring ear muffs another time.

Wouldn’t stay in an ibis...

Liked: Good location, close enough to main station
Disliked: Room was unbelievably hot even in cold weather, only half the air con fan worked and the window barely opened. Beds were really uncomfortable, have stayed in a lot of hotels and never leave bad reviews but had no sleep both nights. No fridge in room either, understand London is expensive but for the price of this room you can get so much better else where.

Great stay I’ll be back

Liked: Ideal location nice clean rooms ideal for abba Voyage and shopping in general.
Disliked: People were talking in corridor at breakfast not ideal for guests wanting a lie in. It didn’t affect me though.
