Hotel was in a brilliant location. Staff really friendly. Room was clean and tidy with space. Convenient parking. Had noise in the corridor. Didn't bother us evening time but in the morning it was a bit annoying as we had been out late the night before.

Liked: Comfy bed. Good space. Excellent location.
Disliked: You could hear movement in the corridors. OK evening time but not in the morning. You could hear everything.

Couldn't ask for more - great hotel, 2 minutes from venue. Will book again!

Liked: Friendly and welcome staff, good location (park, shops, eating places nearby) clean and quiet room.
Disliked: Check out time was at 12, but unfortunately they closed the room earlier, which is not customer friendly service.

Liked: Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room compact but perfect for my needs. Loved the large shower.
Disliked: Over my 2 nights stay I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was overpriced, £54 for 4 breakfasts. I've stayed at Premier Inn hotels in the centre of London and the breakfasts are about £4 less, for the same food. The bathroom also felt a little cheap.

Liked: The staff were the friendliest ever! Everyone we dealt with was just exceptionally nice ❤️The hotel was clean and comfortable, very convenient location. Water fountain in the lobby saved us a lot of money and plastic :)
Disliked: Bathroom door was a tiny bit creaky :D
