Hotel was in a brilliant location. Staff really friendly. Room was clean and tidy with space. Convenient parking. Had noise in the corridor. Didn't bother us evening time but in the morning it was a bit annoying as we had been out late the night before.

Liked: Comfy bed. Good space. Excellent location.
Disliked: You could hear movement in the corridors. OK evening time but not in the morning. You could hear everything.

We found our stay quite...

Liked: The room was fairly generous and comfortable. The air-conditioning was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Quiet room. Having a lounge downstairs. There was staff downstairs the whole time.
Disliked: For the double bed room, we would have wanted two chairs instead of one. The shower room & the toilet was a bit tight. We would have lied to have two hand towels as well (rather than only two bath towels). Two glasses (apart from the two cups) would have been also useful.

Disliked: The parking offer said half price if you got your receipt stamped at reception this is not the deal anymore due to new owners of the car park so false advertising

Great place to stay, but...

Liked: Convienient to shopping and metro. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was rather chaotic due to lack of staff. Food items were not replaced until long after running out. Tables were not cleaned off.Severely under staffed. I felt sorry for staff that tried to keep up.
