Hotel was in a brilliant location. Staff really friendly. Room was clean and tidy with space. Convenient parking. Had noise in the corridor. Didn't bother us evening time but in the morning it was a bit annoying as we had been out late the night before.

Liked: Comfy bed. Good space. Excellent location.
Disliked: You could hear movement in the corridors. OK evening time but not in the morning. You could hear everything.

Couldn't ask for more - great hotel, 2 minutes from venue. Will book again!

Liked: The car park is linked to the hotel which is really convenient plus the partial parking fee waiver is definitely a reason for coming back to stay here. We live in Sheffield so staying in north of London city near the highway exit is ideal and this Ibis location meets that perfectly.The staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My husband went for breakfast at 9 am. Quite a few of the food trays were empty and there were no replenishment done.

Disliked: Our room was worse than a travelodge and for nearly £200 a night shocking value for money!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel is in a great location. Room was clean. Good parking facilities with discount, not too dear. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: The room got quite hot in the night and the door to the toilet was very noisy. Otherwise everything was fine.

Liked: Good location for my needs, I was going to a gig at Shepard’s Bush Empire. Easy to find from the tube station and a spacious, comfortable room .
Disliked: The tap was dripping slightly.
