Ibis London Shepherd'S Bush

Hotel was in a brilliant location. Staff really friendly. Room was clean and tidy with space. Convenient parking. Had noise in the corridor. Didn't bother us evening time but in the morning it was a bit annoying as we had been out late the night before.

Liked: Comfy bed. Good space. Excellent location.
Disliked: You could hear movement in the corridors. OK evening time but not in the morning. You could hear everything.

Couldn't ask for more - great hotel, 2 minutes from venue. Will book again!

Liked: + We were very happy with our stay. The staff kindly allowed us an early check-in in the morning and a late check-out in the afternoon, and they also stored our luggage for free.+ The room was a good size, clean, well-equipped, and quiet, with plenty of natural light and a thick curtain if you'd like to darken the room to sleep well. Both lifts worked well too. - However, we did notice a few silverfish in the room, so just be cautious not to carry them home in your suitcase. - Breakfast was good, but not quite worth the £13.50 per person.+ The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, close to Westfield shopping centre, good restaurants, Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and more.
Disliked: I can't fault anything seriously, but I do hope they address the issue with the silverfish.
