Liked: Very handy for an overnight stay before an early flight from Luton airport and, on arriving around midnight, the man on the front desk could not have been friendlier or more helpful.
Disliked: Not really the hotel's fault but the signage from the airport, and from the airport shuttle train, could definitely be improved. For future reference, with your back to the airport terminal, skirt the bus station anti-clockwise and then descend the hill directly away from the airport and under the bridge. As you emerge on the other side you will see the Holiday Inn Express to the right. The ibis is the next hotel after it on the right.

Disliked: Was quite stuffy and no real air through the whole hotel

Liked: It was near to the sirport
Disliked: It was very dated the outside seating area was old the chairs creaked and it felt like they were going to break. There was no bottle opener in the room most hotel rooms now have them attached in the room. There was no air conditioning did not work the room was very hot and windows did not open. There bed had stains on the bottom sheet.

Liked: Near to airport. Provide meals.
Disliked: Pillows we're awful, very lumpy. Complained and was given 2 new ones. Plug in sink did not work. Expelair not working in bathroom. Meal okay but not as good as 2 weeks before. Staff then brought drinks to table plus water. We had to go to bar to order meal and collect drinks this time.
