Handy airport stay

Liked: Really handy for Luton airport if you have an early flight to catch, or land late. Staff were great, friendly and efficient. I was able to get an UberEats delivery to eat in my room and the front desk let me use cutlery from the kitchen with question.

Disliked: Beds were very soft, making them uncomfortable.

Disliked: Toilet did not flush.. ... No Handle to enable entry into slippy shower.Bedside lamp not working. Beds very narrow.Breakfast , tomatoes dried out, scrambled egg dried out,Tables left uncleared.

Room, staff and food great...

Liked: decent size room, breakfast selection was good, evening meal was decent quantity and quality also. Also considering how close to the airport the hotel was and that the bar was open 24/7 it was very quiet but my room was towards then end of a corridor so no passing footfall.
Disliked: PARKING was a nightmare - not a huge number of parking spaces considering the number of rooms, parking was not for residents only anyone could park there (free 20 minutes initially) so a lot of people waiting to collect people from the airport which meant there were no empty spaces. Would be useful if you could pre-book a parking space when booking your room ! Lack of parking and the stress would put be off re-booking this hotel.
