Liked: It locates next to Luton airport in a walkable distance
Disliked: We had a reservation two days ago when they had cancelled by themselves the triple room we had reserve, they made us accept the double room in the price of triple. When we sent the manager mail never replied and when we had our second reservation the gave us a triple room but the bed for the kid was dangerous to sleep in! I think this is the worst Ibis I ve ever stayed

Liked: I liked that the facilities were next to luton airport and I could catch an early flight
Disliked: We had a reservation for a triple room, and when we arrived at the hotel at midnight, we were informed that we have to use a double one and paying the same price. Of course since we couldn't find anything else in that time and so far from London city we actually had to accept.

Disliked: States on website parking £13 per night but actually £22 per night !!! Was so put off I would have booked a better hotel to stay in which accommodation short stay parking! Don’t be fooled by promises of cheap parking !
