One stop shop for all...

Liked: This hotel is more than perfect for a one night before flight or continuing trip. I stay beginning and end. Every facility you need is in the room. Hot bowl soup highly recommended. No frills enables all basics at an affordable price

Convenient location to Luton airport,...

Liked: Convenient location to airport, 10 minute walk.Great Caesar salad in the restaurant.The other reviews are correct, the rooms are small (but adequate for a short overnight stay). Staff are harried in the evening as they have to run the reception and the bar and restaurant all located behind one long counter, morning staff much more relaxed.

Liked: Close to the airport, walking distance.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but that's a very minor issue.

Liked: Heavy rain poor direction from airport, we were wet,tried to book in one and a half hour early room not ready but could pay 15pounds to get a room paid got room tv didn't work so got change of room now booking time but no refund service not great, no food had to go out wouldn't recommend poor info on buses
Disliked: Not a great stay

Basic, spartan, but as somewhere...

Liked: location was excellent for early morning flight. Food was surprisingly really good.Staying overnight saved a days car hire and out-of-hours surcharge when returning car.
Disliked: En-Suite was weird but functional, bed was a standard double which we found small compared to normal
