Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was good and the location is excellent for those arriving from a long flight or with an early departure.
Disliked: The service was slow in the restaurant in the evening. A possibility is to bring out some portion of the meal (such as the soup or salad) even if the rest is not ready. People could be asked if they want a portion as an appetiser with an idea of the wait for the hot dish.

Good Hotel for the Purpose

Liked: The hotel has a good distance to airport Termminal 2 and 3. It is easy to get to and check in is also quite easy. Plenty of parking facilities, but the little downside is that one has to pay fo ra 24 hour period - quite substancially. I guess this is the norm in london. The room is reasonable equipped for the short stay one uses this hotel. Possibility to eat and have a drink.
