Liked: Staff were excellent and facilities were comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms were perfect for what we needed but no little extras like a coffee machine or coffee bags.

Liked: Deputy manager Neil was very helpful and professional. Nice comfortable room which l was changed into with no fuss. Good breakfast and comfortable bar.

Disliked: It was noisy, I could hear the traffic outside. I also wasn’t aware of what time breakfast was, I had booked both dinner and breakfast with in our price, and that wasn’t the case when I got there. Your hotel definitely wasn’t value for money, i normally stay at a premier inn, I will definitely be staying with them in the future and paying £15.00 for parking is absolutely disgusting, after the price of the hotel.
