Liked: nothing just that it was close to exhibition hall
Disliked: everything was very basic

Ideal for our need

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, good bath sheets.Convenient for Excel---as required
Disliked: The view from our room, but I accept that we booked late, and at least there was plenty of natural light

Liked: Once we got the correct rooms, they were clean, functional and comfortable.
Disliked: Had booked twin rooms but been given double rooms - these were changed after I spoke to the manager.

Liked: Location was great easy to get into central London locations was nice being and overlooking the river.
Disliked: Arrived for the London marathon weekend. Asked if could check in at 1pm told no 3pm, asked if could pay for earlier check in. Told no 3pm. Arrived back at 2.50pm to find 40 people waiting in reception. Staff did not check anyone in until 3pm, not sure if this is a London thing but seemed really tight. Assume lack of cleaners to get rooms ready as at 430pm on the 4th floor there were 3 cleaners still getting rooms ready. At 3pm I asked to check in and was told there weren’t any double rooms ready in the whole hotel. Asked to change to a double bed which was accommodated.
