Liked: Location was perfect for an event at Excel. Breakfast was great with good vegan options. Special shout out to Sulley who was there at breakfast & so helpful & friendly.
Disliked: There was only one small shelf for clothes. No hand towels. Only bath towels.

good budget stay for London...

Liked: We stayed here for an event at the ExCel and the hotel was the perfect distance away - an easy walk to and from the arena! secure hotel with parking next door under novotel. our room was a little small but had everything you need from a budget hotel! reception staff were friendly and helpful. we didn’t explore much of the hotel but was clean, tidy and light inside.
Disliked: minor but the ceiling in our room had visible damage and partly done repairs on it. just abit unsightly. overall nothing to complain about!

Great location but cheap feeling...

Liked: The location to the excel was perfect. And there was good secure parking next door under the Novotel.
Disliked: If you like a youth hostel vibe, then this property will be your dream… it’s noisy, not overly clean, the bathroom is straight out of a nice caravan

Disliked: Not very clean corridors and reception. A bit smelly.
