Booked last minute for work...

Liked: Good comfortable room, wifi,Good breakfast
Disliked: Parking , I couldn’t see the discount for guests sign . I thought the car park was only for hotel guests.

Disappointed

Liked: Couldn't fault the staff. Friendly and nothing too much for them. I felt sorry for them as there was only one front of house on each shift so they seemed very overworked with lots of tables full of empty glasses and plates
Disliked: For £100 a night it felt very budget. Room was too hot and ventilation system was inadequate. No air con. Lift was broken. Room very basic. TV signal didn't work and no access to apps.Mattress too hard and thin. Only one pillow each with one spare and when we asked for another was told there were no more.

It was a nice experience...

Liked: Like the staff, facilities, food, clean environment and services
Disliked: I didn’t like the room compared to the last one I stayed in . The AC was only blowing cold and not hot
