Ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf

First time at this hotel, but if we need one in this area again it will certainly be a return visit. Can only repeat what I have said above. Good price, good location for our trip and excellent service. Breakfast very good too.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and most particularly the service provided on arrival by "Bobby". Could not have been more helpful. Also, when leaving, the manager went out of his way to chat and ask about our stay. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I mentioned the shower room door in room 15 needs a lot of attention. Not possible to close it because either it has swollen or the frame has shrunk. All else excellent.

Clean; comfy; good breakfast; nice staff; welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay. Would book again whenever in London.

Disliked: Evening meal needs more variety on the menu.

Liked: Great location near 02, comfy bed and air con. Friendly helpful staff, late check out is great too
Disliked: Air con unit very dusty and so was air vent in shower room - not a big issue just needs a clean out

Liked: Loved the helpful staff, room clean , large bed, all good. .helpful staff, clean and tidy.
Disliked: Bathroom seemed to vent sulphur...not from us!! At regular intervals, so that was ghastly....and rather hilarious
