Ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf

First time at this hotel, but if we need one in this area again it will certainly be a return visit. Can only repeat what I have said above. Good price, good location for our trip and excellent service. Breakfast very good too.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and most particularly the service provided on arrival by "Bobby". Could not have been more helpful. Also, when leaving, the manager went out of his way to chat and ask about our stay. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I mentioned the shower room door in room 15 needs a lot of attention. Not possible to close it because either it has swollen or the frame has shrunk. All else excellent.

Clean; comfy; good breakfast; nice staff; welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay. Would book again whenever in London.

Disliked: Evening meal needs more variety on the menu.

Liked: Staff were lovely and room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Parking was excellent.
Disliked: The hotel was booked due to it's closeness to the O2 but turned out it was a £26 taxi ride each way and not walking distance as we thought.

Liked: Husband shared a twin room with son for Iron Maiden concert. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, very welcoming and helpful staff, and somewhere to park the car. Good location, convenient links to public transport. What more could you want?
