First time at this hotel, but if we need one in this area again it will certainly be a return visit. Can only repeat what I have said above. Good price, good location for our trip and excellent service. Breakfast very good too.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and most particularly the service provided on arrival by "Bobby". Could not have been more helpful. Also, when leaving, the manager went out of his way to chat and ask about our stay. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I mentioned the shower room door in room 15 needs a lot of attention. Not possible to close it because either it has swollen or the frame has shrunk. All else excellent.

Clean; comfy; good breakfast; nice staff; welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay. Would book again whenever in London.

Disliked: The room was not clean. Stains on carpet - not vacuumed. Had to ask for hand towels. Smell to the room.

Practical location but sloppy services

Liked: Good location. Clean room. Ok room
Disliked: Electric sockets and TV didn't work. No way to fix it by local staff.We requested an extra bed that was never made. I had to go to reception to get sheets and make the bed ourselves.Fax was ok but didn't care too much about our stay.

Disliked: Staff had no knowledge of allergens at breakfast and told us incorrect information, need further training for guest safety. Staff quite blunt, not very friendly

A budget room for a...

Liked: Location was ok, not walking distance for what we needed so used uber, but a tube was about 10+ min walk away.
Disliked: It is just a room, there is a bar but it is also the main entrance so not somewhere you would want to stop and have a drink before heading out.
