Ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf

First time at this hotel, but if we need one in this area again it will certainly be a return visit. Can only repeat what I have said above. Good price, good location for our trip and excellent service. Breakfast very good too.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and most particularly the service provided on arrival by "Bobby". Could not have been more helpful. Also, when leaving, the manager went out of his way to chat and ask about our stay. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I mentioned the shower room door in room 15 needs a lot of attention. Not possible to close it because either it has swollen or the frame has shrunk. All else excellent.

Clean; comfy; good breakfast; nice staff; welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay. Would book again whenever in London.

Disliked: Evening meal needs more variety on the menu.

It was a nice stay...

Liked: The room location was okay, however, I heard noise from the busy road outside even if I closed the window. The location was a bit confusing from my place of work. Breakfast was really good. The staff was very nice and handled all the things very well. It was a good part, besides what I observed,
Disliked: The room was good. However carpet had stains that looked not nice to see as it put a not nice environment around. Although they said it was from bleach during cleaning. Also Room entrance key card sometimes worked and sometimes did not very annoying when you had to go down or up. They said they are working on that.
