Ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf, London

First time at this hotel, but if we need one in this area again it will certainly be a return visit. Can only repeat what I have said above. Good price, good location for our trip and excellent service. Breakfast very good too.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and most particularly the service provided on arrival by "Bobby". Could not have been more helpful. Also, when leaving, the manager went out of his way to chat and ask about our stay. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I mentioned the shower room door in room 15 needs a lot of attention. Not possible to close it because either it has swollen or the frame has shrunk. All else excellent.

Clean; comfy; good breakfast; nice staff; welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay. Would book again whenever in London.

Disliked: Evening meal needs more variety on the menu.

Does the job, but meh.

Liked: Convenient location for London marathon.
Disliked: Given keys to room that was unmade. Second room was fine. Went out for a day and key stopped working.

HORRIBLE, DIRTY AND BAD LOCATION

Liked: The receptionist staff were friendly.
Disliked: We had to change rooms 2 times, 1st room smelt of sewerage, bathroom floor looked like it had been flooded. 2nd room the sheets and pillows were soiled bathroom dirty. 3rd room bathroom still dirty, mattress cover stained, but took cover off and made do as was the best out of 3. Said it was near 02 but the didn't say if the trains aren't running its nearly a 2 hour walk to get across the Thames. Will never stay again and definitely DO NOT recommend.
