First time at this hotel, but if we need one in this area again it will certainly be a return visit. Can only repeat what I have said above. Good price, good location for our trip and excellent service. Breakfast very good too.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and most particularly the service provided on arrival by "Bobby". Could not have been more helpful. Also, when leaving, the manager went out of his way to chat and ask about our stay. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I mentioned the shower room door in room 15 needs a lot of attention. Not possible to close it because either it has swollen or the frame has shrunk. All else excellent.

Perfect hotel for going to...

Liked: Booked as we wanted a handy yet reasonably priced hotel close to the O2 as we were seeing a show The nearest tube station was a 5-10 min walk and then it was one stop over to the O2 The hotel room that we booked was 2 single beds for me and my daughter and it was clean and had everything we needed for our nights stayThere was a kettle and coffee and T-Bags, a decent sized bathroom with a nice shower and the beds were nice and comfyThe staff were all really pleasant and helpful

A comfortable and convenient stay...

Liked: Location was really good as it was close to the O2.The staff was really nice and friendly
Disliked: The TV had an option to stream from my phone, but it didn’t work. When I asked about it, I was told there was nothing they could do, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything else was fine.
