Great location for the O2

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The food in the bar was also pretty good - we had pizzas, which were freshly cooked and made with good ingredients. The location was excellent for the O2.
Disliked: Not all the rooms we booked had the same facilities. The shower gel in the room was empty, so could have done with topping up. Minor things, overall the stay was very pleasant.

Exceptional

Very nice great location exceptionally...

Liked: Excellent location for Canning Town tube and thus the O2 arena - one stop away! Very clean and a lovely bar and lounge area. Bedroom was exceptionally clean with a large wet room style bathroom. Fully working air conditioning and very clean towels and sheet. Throughly nice hotel and the price was very very reasonable!!!
Disliked: Unfortunately there was no early check in available however the hotel did hold my bag until I returned in the evening at 11:30. No real complaints.

I do not recommend it.

Liked: It has great access to the subway.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator or safe box in the room.There was no body wash when we arrived and took a shower. They brought us after calling them.I was not happy with the mattresses.

Pleasant

Excellent stay for a fair...

Liked: Located right in front of a underground, DLR and bus station, you'll get to the centre of London in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was very confortable and clean, price was fair and buffet breakfast was top notch. A great stay!
Disliked: The only useful thing that was missing in an otherwise excellent and well-furnished room was a minibar/mini-fridge. It's always useful to have one in your room when you're staying for a few days.

Overall - a good stay...

Liked: I liked the style of the hotel, the staff were really nice and helpful.There’s McDonalds and Starbucks right next to the hotel, and it’s also 30 seconds from the tube station
Disliked: When you want your sheets changed, you need to put a note paper (that’s given to you when you enter the room) on the bed. I wanted mine changed so I kept the note on the bed - and the sheets weren’t changed :(The breakfast was repetitive :/
