Surprisingly good!

Liked: Excellent value for money - relaxed and friendly atmosphere - basic room with a comfortable bed and good sized shower - lovely staff - great location close to DLR and Jubilee Line.
Disliked: NA

Liked: Really convenient for O2 concert. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything worked well .
Disliked: No complaints at all and I am really fussy!

Liked: The hotel is nice, stuff was friendly. Even if it is not in the city center, one can quickly go there using the Underground (station is just across the street - Jubelee line). Pricewise..cheaper than other (it's London, so nothing is cheap)
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but could have more variations. Nothing to complain too much, though. The room would need more light and one would need to be able to start the ventilation in the bathroom on his own.
