Fantastic hotel beautiful decor and...

Liked: The location was key and was perfect, but the hotel felt new and was clean and welcoming. The reception was nice and our rooms were perfect.
Disliked: Maybe be would like more milk and teas in the room but otherwise nothing

New, fresh, quick to visit...

Liked: Location directly opposite Canning Town station. Near convenience stores but limited in dining options. I didn't ask for room to be cleaned but the cleaner left a bag of toilet roll and towels in door which was a nice touch. Staff confirmed I can have my dog stay which would be great next time we visit (£perday). Robot vacuum cleaners, sadly Louie died by the elevators, which would give someone not knowing a fright and a trip.Breakfast was good, compared that to the conference it was way better. But no apple/orange juice available, or a tea bag bin by the drinks area, unless I'm blind (it was 7am).
Disliked: These are minor, I did enjoy my stay overall! I thought I asked for a double but got a twin, the mattresses were together, and unzipped. The mattress toppers slid off the mattress slightly while sleeping, which made my sciatica worse. Not the worst mattress but need some way to keep the topper on the bed, especially for those that do acrobatics.Couldn't tell where the reception desk was, as it blended with the bar a little too well. Aside from people in red t-shirts - I assumed they were part of the conference I was attending or a stag party. I was not alone, and saw 3 other arrivals question the same. Could you add a neon sign on the desk panel or something 'Welcome', Check in/out, or Can I help?Taking 2 tubes to get to Paddington but that's nothing you can do about that.

Overall the stay was good,...

Liked: It was a quiet room on the 7th floor, location is great for the O2 and compared to other hotels near to the arena it was a lot cheaper. Breakfast was quick and easy.
Disliked: I found the room smelt a bit like cigarettes, but as the weather was good just had the window open. As I opted not to have the room cleaned, a bag with towels and toilet paper was left on the handle. I would have preferred not to get the towels as I just used the ones already in the room for such a short stay. I would have preferred having coffee, milk and tea sachets instead. I wouldn’t rate this as a dislike as in a negative way, but as a suggestion to save on wasting towels. Maybe some way to note what needs replacing could be an option?
