Liked: Comfortable bed, fan provided in room.
Disliked: Tiles or skirting board missing from around the bathroom. General feel that a major refurbishment is desperately needed.

Liked: Lovely hotel room spotless staff were there whenever you needed them nothing was to much trouble got us an iron and ironing board we had breakfast in hotel it was excellent everything you needed full English breakfast yogurt cereal toast fruit would definitely go back to this hotel again x

Shabby 2-star but staff and...

Liked: Exactly what I expected. Was clean just old and broken. Hair dryer a massive bonus and the shower was really nice. Bed a bit hard but pillows where lush. Brekky was great and had Adams Family on and then Adams Family 2 the next day!!! Staff where all super nice and chatty.
Disliked: both bedside lights fell off the wall which was funny at the time but kinda grim. Every door shut with the force of 1000 suns, literally every door, idk why there is no sound dampening or softer door pulls? Somebody got stuck in their bathroom cause their door got stuck and the firemen had to break it down at like 11pm, my bathroom door didn't even close.

Liked: It was available on the date we needed.
Disliked: Room wasn’t very clean and was it stuffy and hot. The cold tap leaked and flooded bathroom surfaces when running. Worst of all shower was broken and wouldn’t turn down so was unusable as the water was boiling and far too hot to stand under without getting burnt.

Disliked: No aircon. No fan. Window barely opened. Was like sleeping in a sauna.

Bad

Disliked: I had a terrible experience here, i was stuck in the toilet for an hour, couldn't open the door because the door was so old and it was stuck, the staff tried to open the door but couldn't they had to call the rescue team. luckily i was with my friend at the time and ran to call the staff, imagine if you were in a room and couldn't call anyone how bad it would be. and the staff were uncooperative when i went down to talk to them, it was terrible

Liked: The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Please don't put Pepper in the mushrooms! Not everyone likes it. You can always add it but you can't take it out of you don't like it!
