Good

It’s a simple but adequate...

Liked: Adequate Buffet with hot and cold food available. I found everything that I wanted but it probably be less good for some with more specialist needs or preferences. Another advantage was that the hotel also has a restaurant with a simple menu of pre prepared food and simple bar. Tried the restaurant and found the service and food basic but very acceptable
Disliked: Access by car is interesting it is in the middle of a complicated road system. But on the plus side it is about a 5 minute walk from Lille’s excellent metro system

Pleasant

Good. Room was small, but...

Liked: Personel was really friendly and English was good!
Disliked: Car park was very full. Charger for electric car was nothing more than a standard 230V socket in the wall. This didn't work at all for my car (not enough power). Advice to remove car charger from facilities, or to arrange some decent charging facilities.

Just a perfect place to...

Liked: Amazing staff. Couldn't do enough for us, including homemade produce (honey from their own grounds) given to us on arrival. Lovely hotel with quirky public area making it feel less corporate. Lots of activities to keep young and teenagers (and adults!) amused, eg, pinball machine, darts, football table, board hames, books, toys. Also, there was a bar, and ice-cream, hot food and gifts available to purchase. Deck chairs outside. Lovely landscaping. Although not massive bedroom for 3 to stay in it was well laid out. Quiet and curtains kept light and heat out. Fabulous shower. Secure car parking. This has been second Ibis hotel we've stayed in this week (other being in Nancy). We don't usually stay with Ibis but will do in future.
Disliked: Difficult to find any fault.
