Rooms are ok, but the...
Liked: Close to the train station, 500mtr and close to the city centre. 280mtr from the metro station. Quiet. Small room, but a nice matras, a big shower.
Disliked: The window and the window vents should be cleaned.About breakfast; The coffee was horrible, it tasted as warm milk.Only white bread/rolls and there were hardly any staff members we saw for questions or restocking.Reception: 1 time the staff was with the head down on the desk

Liked: The location is great: a walking distance from the city center and literally a few min away from the train station (I left the hotel 13 min before my train and managed to catch it without any problem). The room was clean, had all necessities that you may need in a hotel. The breakfast was also nice.

Fair stay
Liked: It was really clean and the staff were friendly even though not speaking the same language. There is a small bar in which is also good
Disliked: Renovation due, having two separate beds next to each other is uncomfy simply get the queen size bed

A nice comfortable place to...
Liked: The hotel is clean and quiet, with very attentive staff.Due to our short stay, we were not able to try out the breakfast. But we remember that the last time we visited the breakfast was excellent, with broad variety and good quality. Its location close to the center of Lille and relatively close to the highway, makes it an excellent entry and exit point to discover the City of Lille.
Disliked: During our stay we saw some guests leaving the private hotel carpark, so it was not clear during the booking to us whether it's possible to reserve parking and at what cost. So we ended up parking not too far from the hotel at a parking garage. The vicinity of the hotel is quiet, because it's mostly a business area. But then again the bustling city centre is close by!

Good
Liked: The staff are excellent! They're friendly, respectful and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! The room was clean overall.
Disliked: I would've appreciated if there wasn't a 3 in 1 to wash hands, hair and body. There are affordable soaps, shampoos and conditioners that elevate the experience so much!There were a few small stains on the sheets.
