Disliked: -No knocking or other warningto enter (cleaning lady)-dirty walls and other surfaces in the room

kind staff, not bad, but...

Liked: location is okay, with public transportation you can easily go to the cultural sites.
Disliked: cleaning is not good enough, there are hairs and dust in some of the edges. hotel slippers would be nice for the long stays they should include it.

Liked: The room was clear and comfortable. The wifi worked well, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel location is a little bit far from the city center, and the bathroom was very small.

Disliked: Curtains were “fixed” with black tape. No mini fridge. Small bathrooms. Felt like a cruise ship room. Housekeeping woke us up at 10 even though checkout wasn’t until 12

Liked: Loved this hotel. The location for the Lanxess Arena was ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: It was a nice clean hotel and very easy to check, it was a good spot for getting about Cologne.
Disliked: I would have really like a kettle in my room to have a cup of tea or coffee
