Very good

Liked: Convenient location, at the same time threatening. The place is crowded with drugs and homeless.
Disliked: The shower drain was clotted and the reception desk clerk were discourteous.

Liked: Location was fantastic. We travel by train so any hotels near train stations meet our expectations, but this was fabulous as bonus is the proximity to a stunning Cathedral that we visit every time we are in Cologne and a beautiful walk alongside the river. The room was clean although the carpets in the room (well hoovered) seem a bit dirty - stained (as if never washed- just hoovered?). The door in the room we stayed was not great either - hard to close, but we managed, so all well.
Disliked: The door not quite closing was a bit of a stressor, apart from that, nothing.

Great central location

Liked: Location. Friendly staff. Quiet room on the fourth floor. Overall excellent and good value
Disliked: Quite noisy Aircon.
