Liked: Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The water temperature needs looking at. You go through hot and cold temperatures every 20 sec. After a very long day of sightseeing seeing this is not beneficial.Our window backed onto apartment balconies and the occupants were not quiet, neither was the excessive roadworks. Lastly, a kettle and coffee or tea facilities, maybe a bottle of water would be really great!

Liked: 1. When we entered the room, we found the bathroom was not cleaned properly there were some soap and etc left from the previous visitors. 2. Although I stated 2 guests in the booking room facilities was for 1 person only and we asked for additional towel, glass and chair. 3. The daily room cleaning was included to the services. We found our room untouched when we returned in the evening even though I had put the notice on the door. The next day I had to inform the reception that we want our room clean. 4. The breakfast was poor.5. Internet cut every morning. We could connect after 10:00AM everyday
Disliked: Staff could be more friendly. Sometimes we had communicate problems because their English was poor.
