It was very clean; had everything we needed and recommend for shopping or going to concerts in Hull. Recommend.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and convenient, as near to train station and shops and bars.
Disliked: Nothing.

Ideal location for Bonus Arena; great value; clean and comfortable; friendly staff; nice breakfast and great price; would definitely stay again.

Pretty good, nice staff, would...

Liked: Staff found my girlfriend's sandals three weeks after we stayed when she realised she'd left them behind. Breakfast was big selection. Staff were nice. Shower was good. Room was a good size.
Disliked: Very noisy during the nights, people shouting in corridors for ages in first night

Liked: Perfect location, very clean and comfortable, and great value for money. Loved the brown bag with goodies in supporting cold play.
