It was very clean; had everything we needed and recommend for shopping or going to concerts in Hull. Recommend.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and convenient, as near to train station and shops and bars.
Disliked: Nothing.

Ideal location for Bonus Arena; great value; clean and comfortable; friendly staff; nice breakfast and great price; would definitely stay again.

Good location and staff but...

Liked: Location was great - the car park next door £3 for 24hrs was really convenient.Bed was comfortable.Staff were helpful.
Disliked: It wasn’t expensive so wasn’t expecting too much however cleanliness wasn’t to a good standardCarpet was not nice, did not walk on it bare foot, the shower was not very clean.
