Liked: The location was convenient as it was close to family and transport. However, there is no cafe on site which is inconvenient particularly on public holidays and at night. The heating/air conditioning did not work & my room was so hot It was difficult to sleep. I turned it off but it continued to run non stop which was very uncomfortable. The management does not seem to be at all concerned about this issue!On the positive side, the breakfast is very good and the staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The heating/airconditioning did not work for my 14 days there. No attempt was made to fix it.Also there is no cafe on site or way of making a hot drink in your room. The mattress was very poor too.

Disliked: Had to climb a number of stairs with suitcases to get to hotel.Carpet on 2 nd floor needs cleaning.
