Pleasant

Liked: Very well located hotel, right in the center and close to most objectives and restaurants. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: We were left waiting outside the building in the evening because receptionist had left their office. Even if we had our room keycard there was no option to enter the hotel based on that and we had to wait until someone got out of the hotel. We find that unacceptable. While we understand the security concerns, there should be a way to restrict access to guests only, even if receptionist out for a while.

Liked: Very close to the station, and on the way into the centre so it was a great location. There are restaurants all around but on higher floors you don't hear anything. It was nice to be in the centre of everything and it felt safe.

Liked: The receptionists are friendly and nice to help the check in procedures. And the location is good for tours to the other places in Germany.

Pleasant and good hotel, very...

Liked: Everything was above my expectations. It was the first time i am using Ibis Hotels and I am really very satisfied. The staff was excelent indeed. I had everything i needed in the hotel, so I would recommend it to everybody travelling Nuremberg.
Disliked: No special dislikes indeed.

Liked: Great location, convenient for sightseeing, very helpful staff.
Disliked: Very small selection for continental breakfast and repetitive.Very bad WiFiWe were supposed to be booked in the room with double bed and a single but got 3 single beds. Not major inconvenience, but annoying.
