Outstanding hotel. Ibis over the years have improved dramatically and if possible I will be booking Ibis on future trips.

Liked: The size of the room for a budget price was fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

We were refused a bar of chocolate when we got back to hotel. He said they didn't have any. When I pointed to the chocolate clearly in view, I was given a dirty look from the staff member and ignored. Very unpleasant man.

Disliked: Grumpy night staff. Very unhelpful.

The room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. However we were woken on four different occasions due to guests running up and down and shouting/laughing outside our room. At one point I called reception to complain - this was about 5am. Therefore we were not happy with our stay and unfortunately won't be returning, which is a shame because were go to the Roadmender quite often.

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: Noise.

Superb

Liked: Great location, close to the train station. Friendly helpful staff, and a few minutes walk to the city centre. Clean, comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning. It was a very hot day/ night and the fan provided didn't do much other than push warm air around.

Disliked: As usual most of the TV channels don't work always say tring to sort out depends on what room u get. My biggest complaint is when they serve food last time I stayed on a sat only served food until 8 halve the menu was missing ingredients. Stayed this Saturday went to bar at half five stopped serving food at five the menu in the rooms clearly state food service 24hrs a day false advertising make ur mind up.

Comfortable, hot, not that clean

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the beds are comfy. The room however was excruciatingly hot with one little fan, bigger fans or aircon is definitely needed
Disliked: How hot the property is, I also had lipstick marks on the sheets and weird white marks on the carpet
