Ibis Hotel Brussels Expo Atomium

A very good hotel if you want to go to the ING Arena. Simple clean and very good beds. A little far from the centre (20 min by car on a Saturday) but we knew that beforehand. We enjoyed the weekend and the concert.

Liked: Closeness to ING Arena or Atomium expo.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: I definitely do not recommend this hotel. They will rip you off. We arrived and did not receive the rooms we paid for. The receptionist left the shift and there was no one at the reception for an hour. Then they promised a refund, but the hotel stopped communicating via email.

Liked: The staff were helpful
Disliked: I had booked this property and messaged on the app saying a guest was in a wheelchair (as it said it was an accessible hotel). It was not. Big steps to enter, horrible and harsh dropping lifts. Not enough room around the bed for the wheelchair and the bathroom not fit for wheelchair use.
