We chose this hotel because...

Liked: Placed nearby cozy neighbourhood, easy to walk from the hotel in all directions of the city.
Disliked: The permanent frontdesk staff were quite unfriendly from beginning to end of our stay - We stayed for 6 days and we never really managed to get so much as a smile or wave from them entering and leaving the foyer. Only the housekeeping/cleening staff were friendly. Also, the foyer, elevators etc had a really bad, strong perfumed scent - maybe some kind of roomspray, not allergy-friendly! The bed & pillows were no good, tv settings locked to only german channels and no english subtitles. Rooms were quite small & hot, and we had to choose between noisy aircon or noise from the street. We payed for a 'Comfort room', but there was honestly no comfort..
