Exceptional

Good location. Beds and pillows...

Liked: I really liked the location as it was very close to Alexanderplatz. The hotel lobby was nice. There were drinks to purchase and a bar in the lobby. They provided me the VAT invoice I requested, promptly. Also provided early check-in at noon which was really helpful as we arrived early.
Disliked: The key card was a bit difficult to use and sometimes it didn’t work. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We asked for extra and received. They have a sign (attached image) saying there is food at night. However there were only some pringles cans and a few snacks to purchase. Nothing else. When I asked the receptionist he said there is no food. There is no kettle/glasses/cups.

Liked: Great location, nice and clean room, easy parking for reasonable price. Our three-night stay was smooth and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!
Disliked: Just wish the room had a shoe horn

Everything you need in Berlin

Liked: Perfect location close to Alexander Platz with excellent connections to the Hauptbahnhof. Good size on the room, comfortable and very clean room with everything you need. Helpful staff and we had a safe stay. Will definitely come back. Good value for money. Walking distance for everything interesting.
