If you just need a...
Liked: The location is great — there are shops and cafes within walking distance. It’s also very convenient in terms of transport: the metro is nearby, and it’s easy to reach both the airport and the city center quickly by train. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple.
Disliked: Upon arrival, there was no intro about how things work/located in the hotel, which is something we usually expect.Unfortunately, the room didn’t have a kettle, and there was no option to get takeaway tea or coffee from the hotel. We could only eat our own food in the room, as we were not allowed to do so in the lobby, and there didn’t seem to be any other common area available (or at least we weren't aware of one), which was a bit unexpected.It was also slightly inconvenient that there were no hand towels provided.The soundproofing a bit poor — we could hear our neighbors and everything happening in the hallway.

Liked: The hotel has it's own parking, otherwise parking is impossible close to the hotel. The hotel in general is ok as any Ibis hotel.
Disliked: The bed was not placed against the wall, but just a bit before with some low wood shelf lower then the mattrass. If the pillow did not fall 10x in the night I am dreaming, but hard to sleep like that. That is not what you expect in Ibis. I probably would have slept better in my car............

Disliked: The staff is not so professional as should be :(The girl on the reception couldn’t explain properly how we have to pay (via booking app or using hotel’s terminal) which led to total misunderstanding. We understood that we need to pay in application and she will check whether payment has passed in 10 minutes because of some problems in hotel’s system, but it turned out that we had to pay at the property (although we have previously asked her about payment method)Also they didn’t give us any instructions (where things are), they just gave us room cards and that’s all
