A very pleasant stay. The...

Liked: A very warm and comfortable room. The hotel was very close to the main railway station and the centre of Hamburg.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: The stay was very good and the recepcionist that did our check in was very nice and friendly, but unfortunatly not everyone was as lucky as me that day. I unfortunatly saw one of the persons that work in the hotel yell at a costumer because he didnt speak german and didnt understand where was the room he was asking for. If you have a hotel be prepared to receive TOURIST, diferent people that speak diferent languages, get a staff that likes working with people. The other down side was in my check out day, at 11am (check out is at 12pm) someone "kind" of knocked the door but just proceeded to opening the door while i was changing whitout me even anwsering, as soon as i saw i ran to the door and this person just sayid "its ok, all good" was one of the cleaners because my door was locked and she had cleaning products, after 30min she proceeds on doing the same, open the door and dont even knock, and it was just 11:30?? Like cmon... On plus side breakfast is great, location is great, everything well cleaned, brand new, parking (payed)...

Globally satisfied with my stay...

Liked: Very good breakfast with lots of varieties. Excellent location at the very center of Hamburg, near the central train station.
Disliked: The room was small with no fridge to keep the fresh food bought from outside the hotel.

Quiet and good location with...

Liked: Quiet location near to the main station. The breakfast was extensive and exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The hotel rooms have been renovated but you could see that the basic structure of the bathroom, for example, is rather old. However, it was still within reason compared to the room price.

Liked: Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no internet connection and mini fridge in the room which is not understandable to this price.
