The staff were great but...
Liked: Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room and whole hotel is tired/tatty. Some rooms are occupied by longer term residents.

Bad
Liked: We were booked into the Ibis and they rang us up to say they were closing for refurbishment and they moved us to the Holiday Inn. We only stayed one night at the Holiday Inn instead of 2 nights as the noise in the corridors and next door were to noisy all night. The ibis rang us up to ask why we had let the Holiday Inn and we explained why. We ask if they were closed and they said no they had a big party booked in.We found the whole experience terrible if The Ibis had explained about the party we would have understood but very upset we were lied to.And discussed our holiday was cut short.

Wonderful service by phone
Liked: I can only comment on the holiday in as ibis was being refurbished. The staff were helpfully & polite on the phone & organising us to move hotels & to one which was still near where we needed to be for our event. So was NOT bad at all but am unable to make any comments or click any faces. We look forward to staying at the ibis in the future
